Joe Colotti, Fitness Director

Joe Colotti has joined the Executive's Management Team as the new Fitness Director.  Joe developed a progessional interest in personal fitness, wellness and athletic performance while studying Human Performance at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL.  While studying at FGCU, Joe was designated the intercollegiate athletic programs strength and conditioning intern working directly with student athletes of baseball, softball, and men's and women's basketball.

Upon graduation and recognition as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Joe accepted and internship in professional baseball with the Minnesota Twins as a strength coach.  His education and passion for the industry further led him through three other professional organizations (Toronto Blue Jays, Texas Rangers, and Tampa Bay Rays), while finally helping his triple-a players of the Durham Bulls win a National Championship in 2009.

During Joe's career, he also enjoyed working with young athletes and adults in the general population to reach their health and fitness goals, educating other trainer/coaches at seminars, and learning the benefits and importance of nutrition from his wife who is a Registered Dietician.

Having grown up in Amesbury, MA and Exeter, NH, Joe is excited to return to NH as a professional and reach out ot the community, helping and educating everyone who is devoted to the betterment of his/hers health, wellness and athletic performance!
