Our Personal Training Deparment is extremely excited about our newest Group Personal Training and Conditioning room on the lower level, next to the racquetball courts.
This training area boasts the latest in high performance training equipment and
open space for any variety of training. These two converted racquetball courts have been designed for our personal trainers to create dynamic training programs in either the group or one-on-one setting. Many of the exercises implemented in this room are typically not utilized in our general upper and lower fitness rooms, enabling you to be exposed to many new training modalities to spice up your training program.
