What Is "Boot Camp" And Why Should I Do It?
Boot Camps/Specialty Programs are a great way to find a new source of energy: working hard with like-minded people. Boot Camps/Specialty Programs typically are designed to appeal to individuals looking to achieve a specific result through dynamic movement-based training in a motivating environment, or they may lack the financial resources to hire a trainer full time.
Boot Camps/Specialty Programs will be offered in
4 and 6 week increments and are held in the Group PT Training Center. Sessions are 55 min. in length, unless otherwise noted.
Pre-registration and an additional fee are required.
Hydro Boot Camp
4-Week sessions in the pool. Join Master Level Trainer & Aquatics Coordinator, Denise Bettes, for this total body workout.
Wednesday mornings at 10:00 am
Session I: Jan.27 - Feb. 17
Session II: March 3 - 24
Session III: April 7 - 28
