 The Active Adult Fitness Program

This program is designed for the mature adult member for safe and enjoyable fitness. The Active Adult Fitness Program makes it easier for those new to exercise, returning to exercise and Seniors to safely achieve fitness goals.

Our comprehensive group classes are designed to improve: Balance & Strength, Cardiovascular Fitness, Core Stabilization, Flexibility and Overall Wellness.

Bone Builders: This is an excellent workout for building bone density, increasing muscular strength & balance by combining weight training & cardiovascular conditioning.

Gentle Yoga:  A practiced designed for all fitness levels and a gentle way to experience Yoga practice.  Poses and Vinyasa sequences will offer many modifications.  Use of props will be introduced to assist with this yoga practice.
(This class will be offered again in the Fall)

Group Aquatics: All group Aquatics classes are recommended for this population.
