Yoga: Yoga class can range from very gentle to challenging. Our trained
instructors coach how to control thoughts and improve focus. Classes include plenty of movement with more of a physical challenge than one may expect.
Gentle Yoga: A practice designed for all fitness levels and a gentle way to experience yoga practice. Poses and Vinyasa sequences will offer many modifications. Use of props will be used to assist with practice.

Pilates: To provide you with the highest quality of instruction, all of our instructors have been certified by STOTT PILATES ® .
The Joseph H. Pilates method of body conditioning is a series of exercises performed on a mat that stress the control of movement and stabilization while strengthening the abdominal and back muscles. Specific breath patterns are taught to ensure fluidity of movement. The result over time is improved posture that appears long and lean. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Regular attendance is recommended to achieve optimal results.
