Massage

Do You Have Backpain? Massage can break the cycle of pain with its ability to address most of the pain cycle elements. When muscles relax, pressure on nerves is reduced, thus relieving related pain in other areas of your back as well. Massage therapy produces better results and can reduce the need for painkillers.

Do You Have Restricted Movement? Pain and muscle tension can make simple actions difficult. This can impair your ability to exercise - your most important means of maintaining mobility and circulation throughout your body. Massage can help break up adhesions of connective tissue and, with continued treatments, give you back your range of motion.

Do You Get Headaches Often? Massage to the neck and head can give relief to headaches by releasing tight shortened muscles, trigger points and fascia. When muscles and fascia relax and become more pliable, circulation improves, helping to eliminate metabolic waste, thus allowing blood and oxygen into the tissue.
