The Executive Health and Sports Center, (Manchester NH) Express Fitness (Hooksett NH), and NH Sportsplex (Bedford NH) are a collection of family owned and operated active lifestyle companies and facilities. Our collection of companies works with all members of the community, in a fun and social environment to stay active, compete, and be healthy for life! Our company is rooted in the belief that “your health is your wealth”, and we want to help be the main catalyst in helping you, your family, and your company invest, through utilizing our state of the art facilities, exceptional services and programming, and over 200+ professionals to help maximize your return, while having a great time doing it!

Over the last three (3) years EHSC has completed a multi-million dollar renovation and expansion for our members. Renovations included updated fitness centers, member services desk, child care center, and men's and women's locker rooms. Expansion items included: An outdoor pool, splash pad and Jacuzzi, four outdoor Har-Tru tennis courts, a family locker room, a full service spa, a new group exercise studio, a new small group training studio, a social viewing lounge in our field house for court spectators (tennis, basketball, and track), retail space, a golf training center, a full-service food and beverage service which includes a "healthy on the fly" take out location, event restaurant space, and a summertime Tiki pool bar.

In addition, The Executive also has health and wellness providers within the facility which include Apple Therapy, Bedford Occupational and Acute Care (BOAC), ExpressMed Urgent Care and two (2) Catholic Medical Center Primary Care Physicians within the facility making the Executive not just a state of the art facility but a complete HealthyCARE Wellness Campus!
